Quality and Substitution

Geelong Hampers reserve the right to make appropriate substitution, whilst maintaining the full value of your order. Seasonal conditions and availability can affect the supply and cost of goods and containers. Whilst substitution may be necessary the utmost care shall be taken to maintain the overall effect of the hamper.

Alcohol

All orders for liquor are facilitated and processed by Geelong Hampers, Liquor License No. 36066999. Geelong Hampers promotes the responsible and legal consumption of Liquor.

WARNING: Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence:

  • to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $6,000)
  • for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $500).
  • Alcohol delivery is subject to State liquor laws. You must be 18 years or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages.

Delivery Monday to Friday

We will deliver hampers to Geelong, Surf Coast, Bellarine Peninsula, Werribee, Melbourne CBD and inner Melbourne Suburbs.

Generally All ‘Same Day Delivery’ orders must be received by 10.00 am and will be delivered to business addresses by 5.00pm and residential by 6.30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Some country and coastal areas are classified as restricted delivery areas. Deliveries to these locations may take up to 48 hours and a telephone number is required. Delivery to these areas may be possible, but limited on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays, a Customer Services Representative will advise on delivery availability. If your delivery is urgent please call Geelong Hampers on 03 5222 2244.

Saturday & Sunday Deliveries

Orders for delivery on Saturday & Sunday are restricted to local areas and MUST be received by 12.00 pm Friday. Any Orders after 12.00 pm on Friday will not be addressed until the following Monday. Geelong Hampers can make no commitments for any Saturday & Sunday deliveries, due to limited delivery network resources on a Saturday & Sunday, each order received will be judged on delivery area and time, then a Customer Services Representative will advise whether delivery can be made and also advise on any additional surcharges that may apply.

Public Holidays

Please be advised that there is no delivery service on a public holiday.

Returns & Refunds

If you have any concerns, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your hamper and talk to one of our friendly team on 03 5222 2244, we will do our utmost to rectify any issue.
Goods will not be refunded where there has been a change of mind or after a 48 hour period.

Any refunds for orders will be processed immediately and are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased. It may take approximately 5-7 business days for this to show on your statement

When you have finished placing your orders you should also remember to log off the Geelong Hampers website so that no one else can use your PC to place an order.

Any information given to Geelong Hampers is not given or sold to any third party for research or marketing purposes. Information collected from Geelong Hampers online mailing list remains confidential. Please notify us if you wish to be removed from our mailing list. We email you with any important information as it arises. We do not Spam or send email unnecessarily
